Start with the use and the contents
List the largest bottle, compact or tool the bag must hold. Record whether items will be loose or arranged as a retail set. Decide whether the bag is mainly for display, gifting, everyday storage or travel. A transparent window may suit a visible set; a lined fabric pouch may suit a softer beauty collection.
Review the whole construction
An outer material alone does not define the finished bag. Lining, reinforcement, padding, zipper and seams affect the shape and handling. For PU, approve the surface and folded edges. For PVC, review clarity and seams. For terry, waffle or velvet, review texture direction and the logo on the assembled sample.
Select the logo method with the surface
A recessed logo needs a surface that accepts the process. Embroidery should be reviewed for distortion and visibility on textured fabric. A printed logo needs the colour, coverage and alignment checked against the artwork. Compare actual logo samples before deciding; a digital mockup cannot confirm the finished effect.
Confirm the specification in writing
Record the selected material, composition where relevant, colour reference, lining and trim details. If your destination market or retailer requires a test report or material document, state the exact requirement at quotation stage. Availability and document scope must be confirmed for the chosen components.
